Responsibilities:
- Assist and support students with PMLD, SLD, and medical needs in their learning and daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide personal care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children with PMLD, SLD, and medical needs
- Knowledge and understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies for support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
