Are you passionate about supporting students and making a real difference? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team in Newcastle! This full-time, temporary role offers the perfect opportunity to help students with special educational needs thrive in a fun and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
- Assist in creating an engaging and positive learning experience
- Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
- Work closely with teachers to ensure the best support for each student
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting SEND needs
- Patience, empathy, and a positive, proactive attitude
- Team player who’s ready to jump in and make an impact
- Experience working with SEND is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
