Flexible Supply SEND Teaching Assistants – Grantham (or Local Area)

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Protocol Education is seeking flexible and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team in Grantham and the surrounding areas.

Role Details:

  • Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (TA)
  • Location: Grantham (or local area)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with SEND/SEMH (either personal or professional) is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting SEND students in an educational setting is beneficial.
  • A driving licence or access to consistent transport is a must.
  • A passion for helping children with complex needs and making a positive difference in their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
