We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented SEND Maths Teacher to join our exceptional team. What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and delivering engaging, tailored Maths lessons that make the subject come alive for SEND students.

️ Crafting and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching strategies to support a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties.

Monitoring, assessing, and celebrating student progress, while keeping parents and colleagues in the loop with clear, insightful feedback.

Collaborating with the SENDCO, support staff, and fellow teachers to create a truly inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Creating a classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

What You Bring to the Role
✅ Essential:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A proven track record of teaching Maths, ideally within a SEND setting.

A deep understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and SEND practices.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that make you a natural collaborator and motivator.
⭐ Desirable:

Advanced qualifications in SEND (e.g., NASENCO, PGCert in SEND).

Experience with assistive technologies or creative teaching methods to support diverse learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
