Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children with special educational needs in a primary school in Cambridge This role requires patience, adaptability, and a strong desire to support children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
- Assist with implementing tailored learning plans
- Support teachers in delivering inclusive education
- Monitor and report on student progress
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Passion for supporting children’s development and well-being

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
