Pay: £83.85 – £90 per day (depending on experience)

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.

Assist with learning activities, adapting materials to meet individual learning styles.

Support students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and emotional needs.

Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.

Promote inclusivity and positive engagement in the classroom.

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support student progress.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, or support settings).

Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and SEN-specific approaches.

Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable personality.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
