Your Role at a Glance

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their learning journey.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and classroom activities.
  • Promote independence, social skills, and positive behaviors.
  • Build a trusting and encouraging relationship with the child.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children, especially in a 1:1 or SEN support role (a big plus!).
  • Patience, adaptability, and a friendly attitude – bring your energy!
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive environment for learning.
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
