What You’ll Be Doing:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with special educational needs in the classroom and beyond.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Use tailored strategies to help students overcome barriers to learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ✅ Experience working with SEN students or in a similar role.
  • A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
  • ️ Excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
