About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Your role will involve working 1:1 or in small groups, assisting with learning activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEN in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with specific requirements.
- Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive behaviour strategies.
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to develop and deliver tailored interventions.
