SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start in Leeds

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and supporting emotional and social development.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils in both academic and social activities, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, whether in a school setting or other environments.
- A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Available to work across different schools in Leeds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
