We are looking for passionate and inspiring teaching assistants to join our bank of staff to provide cover for our great network of Primary Schools.
No previous experience needed, as long as you share our passion and values that every young person, whatever their starting points or background, get the education they deserve.
Full time and part time positions available 8.30-3.30 TTO
Your Role:
- You will work alongside an experienced teacher in supporting the students to overcome their barriers to learning and help them to make accelerated progress.
- You will work with the class teacher to deliver high quality interventions.
- Support the behaviour management of the classroom; following the school’s behaviour management policy.
- Follow school’s safeguarding policies, ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported using the school’s referral procedures.
- Work alongside the class teacher in helping to guide the pupils to discover, enjoy and explore the curriculum through a wide variety of learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
