About the Role:
- Location: Various primary and secondary schools across [City/Region].
- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply).
- Contract: Flexible, day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply roles available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning activities to suit students' needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and encourage positive social interactions.
- Support teachers in preparing and delivering tailored learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children with SEN.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and student needs.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
