Are you a compassionate and skilled Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the BD13 area of Bradford, working across primary and secondary settings to provide essential support for pupils with diverse learning needs.
Position Overview:
- Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Location: BD13, Bradford
- Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options considered)
- Start Date: Immediate or January start available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities and create an inclusive learning environment.
- Use effective behaviour management techniques and tailored support strategies to help students thrive.
- Assist with personal care, where necessary, and promote independence and social skills in pupils.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to engaging and supporting students in their learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
