Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, working in inclusive and supportive schools across Leeds.

About the Role:

  • Location: Leeds (variety of schools)
  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Supply)
  • Availability: Flexible – full-time and part-time roles available
  • Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to meet the needs of students.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in various schools and adapt to different settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
