Role and Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide tailored instruction and support to students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of all students.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
