Hours: 33.75 hours per week, 08:30 – 16:00

Protocol Education is delighted to partner with an Outstanding (Ofsted 2019) SEN school in Barnet, seeking dedicated Teaching Assitant to join their team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in supporting students with challenging behaviours and various learning difficulties across Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 settings.

We are looking for creative, passionate, and driven professionals to support class teachers and help maintain a nurturing educational environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A calm and consistent approach in challenging situations
  • A proactive team player with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality
  • Willingness to follow care guidelines, including hoisting, manual handling, and administering medication

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities), or MLD (Moderate Learning Disabilities)
  • Background in care, elderly care, or nursing
