SEN Learning Support Assistant – March Start
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £90-£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term
A specialist SEN school in Cambridge is looking for an Autism Specialist Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with ASD and complex needs.
The role includes:
✔️ Supporting students with sensory and communication needs
✔️ Working alongside speech therapists and SENCOs
✔️ Implementing EHCP targets
✅ Requirements:
- Experience with Autism or complex needs
- Understanding of PECS, Makaton, or similar (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
