Job Description:

Job Duties:

  • Provide support to Primary children with any additional SEN needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support the classroom teacher in creating a positive learning environment
  • Help students with SEN to access the curriculum and participate in all activities
  • Monitor and track progress of students with SEN

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Understanding of the UK educational system and SEN policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
