The Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEMH needs in managing their behaviour and emotions.
- Assist in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to provide tailored support.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
- Monitor and report on students’ progress and development.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
