SEMH Teacher:

Are you an experienced SEMH/SEN Teacher?

Or are you a mainstream teacher with a passion for teaching children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs?

Protocol Education are working with schools across Bristol to find suitable candidates to join their supportive environments. We are offering full-time, long-term roles to start September 2024. There are also part-time roles avaliable.

As a SEMH teacher you will be responsible for the below:

  • Planning and assessing pupils with SEMH
  • Working with the TAs and mentors to put in place and run interventions.
  • Support and implement the schools behaviour policy
  • Updating and setting targets for children
  • Working alongside other professionals in the support network

To join us and be successful in this role you will need:

  • Full QTS
  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Salary: £153 - £212 per day - depending on experience.

Location: Bristol
