We are looking for a full-time, temporary SEMH Support Assistant to join our team and work closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, and eager to help students reach their full potential.
Role Overview:

Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs.

Assist in the implementation of tailored learning strategies.

Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

Support students in managing their emotions and behavior effectively.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure student success.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is desirable but not essential.

Ability to adapt to varying student needs and provide tailored support.
