Are you a passionate and skilled professional with a desire to make a real difference in young lives? We are looking for an experienced individuals to support a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) provision in a school located in the heart of Blyth
About the Role
This provision is designed to support students who may otherwise face suspension, offering them an opportunity to thrive in a structured, supportive environment. Placements will range from 2 days to 6 weeks, with the ultimate goal of reintegrating students back into the classroom.
As the SEMH Provision Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering tailored support to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families to foster trust and collaboration.
- Implementing strategies to support behavior management, emotional resilience, and academic progress.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the provision, ensuring the best outcomes for all involved.
- Collaborating with school leadership, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
