Protocol Education are looking for an enthusiastic and innovitive Teaching Assistant - specifically to work with students with Social and Emotional Mental Health issues.

This role as a SEMH TA will require you to have some previous experience of supporting children with challenging behaviours. Your responsibilties as a SEMH TA will be to provide engaging and empathetic educational support to student(s), aid with the learning and emotional well-being, liase with the class teachers to help support and adapt the learning to the students ability and/or needs. The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding and/or knowledge of social and emotional mental health issues or a keen interest and open mind to helping vunerable students with these backgrounds.
