Salary: £95-£160 per day (depending on experience/qualifications)

Role Overview:  

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a variety of schools and classrooms, fostering positive learning environments while delivering engaging lessons. Your adaptability and enthusiasm will be key as you cover classes across different subjects and year groups.

The role can be flexible to your availability and needs. If you are happy to pick up daily/ad hoc work then you have control over when you do and do not work with your own diary. If you would like stability of working in the same school for set days, then we can do that for you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

-          Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively

-          Maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

-          Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment

-          Building rapport with students and colleagues

-          Adhering to school policies and procedures

Requirements:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential - experience working with children and young capacity in a relative field is essential.

-          Strong classroom management skills

-          Flexibility to adapt to various teaching environments.

-          Passion for education and a commitment to student development

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
