As a Secondary SEN Support Learning Assistant you will play a crucial role in the development and success of our students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one support and assistance to students with SEN (adhd & autism)
Collaborating with classroom teachers to adapt and differentiate lesson plans.
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Supporting students with their learning, social, and emotional development.
Assisting with individualized education plans and tracking progress.
We're seeking a Secondary SEN Support Learning Assistant who:
Is passionate about working with students with special educational needs.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possesses empathy, patience, and adaptability.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Has a genuine interest in supporting the educational journey of students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
