Full-Time Secondary Teacher – Newcastle

Your Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students within your subject area while ensuring an engaging, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners. Your duties will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintaining a positive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Communicating effectively with parents to ensure students’ academic and personal development.
- Keeping up to date with educational trends and changes to ensure you are always delivering the best education.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
- A strong passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students.
- Previous experience in teaching secondary students is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to student success.
