 Full-Time Secondary Teacher – Newcastle

Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join a vibrant school in Newcastle. If you are passionate about inspiring young minds and committed to fostering a love for learning, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students within your subject area while ensuring an engaging, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners. Your duties will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Maintaining a positive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with parents to ensure students’ academic and personal development.
  • Keeping up to date with educational trends and changes to ensure you are always delivering the best education.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
  • A strong passion for teaching and a desire to inspire students.
  • Previous experience in teaching secondary students is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to student success.
