We are working alongside an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school based in Barking & Dagenham who are currently recruiting for a full time Science Teacher to join them for the September. The school is well known for being an inclusive, lively school in the local area with on site staff parking and excellent transport links.

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and engaging Science Teacher to join the Science Faculty, the school is built and prides itself on its strong foundations of discipline and moral purpose. This full time Science Teacher role is a great opportunity to spend less time doing paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for children with varied complex needs. Science Teachers applying should be committed and professional who have a real passion for science and enthusiasm to work with brilliant young minds.

About you:

  • QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experienced of Teaching Science up to KS4, experience of teaching up to KS5 is desirable however, not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and reading comprehension.
  • Passion for Teaching & Student educational development
  • Open to Continuous Professional Development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Science curriculum and assessment requirements.
