An opportunity has opened up in our client school based in Wandsworth within their science department, teaching pupils across KS3 and GCSE.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver inclusive and differentiated Science lessons to meet the needs of learners at various levels of learning
  • Manage behaviour in accordance with school behaviour policies
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils class work and report back to senior members of staff in order take appropriate action when needed.

Our client secondary school with over 850 pupils are looking for an additional member of staff to support their science department teaching pupils ages 11-16. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience within this field however, this role is open to both experienced and newly qualified Science teachers seeking their first role within this field.

The school is based in Wandsworth and is easily accessible from surrounding boroughs of Lambeth, Merton, Richmond Upon Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. The school was graded Good overall by Ofsted in 2024 and achieved Outstanding in areas including Leadership and Management, Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare as well as the 16-19 provision.
