School Receptionist

Ealing

Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8.00am- 4.00pm

 

As a School Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of our school, providing a warm and welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Operate a busy switchboard, greeting and assisting visitors, and responding to telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Handle a variety of tasks quickly and calmly, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Assist in organizing events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, and maintaining accurate records of attendance.

Effectively communicate with staff, parents, and students, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

We are looking for candidates who have high expectations and are eager to actively contribute to the life of the school. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the school's ethos are essential for this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
