Nursery Room Lead – Chelmsford

Immediate Start – Multiple Positions Available

Protocol Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leads for a nursery in Chelmsford. If you're committed to supporting early childhood development and fostering a positive learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, guiding them through educational and developmental activities.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, supporting each child's unique development.
  • Promote inclusivity, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
  • Provide personal, social, emotional, and behavioural guidance to children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
