Our agency is seeking a dedicated and inspiring RE Teacher for a full-time role at a thriving secondary school.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive RE lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Inspire students to develop critical thinking and a deep understanding of world religions and ethical perspectives.
  • Support students’ academic progress while fostering their personal growth and cultural awareness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s curriculum and participate in departmental activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Specialism in Religious Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching RE at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
  • A passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity and understanding in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
