About Protocol Education:

Protocol Education has secured a partnership agreement with a multi-academy trust that works with a number of outstanding schools in the county.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students.
  • Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of different teaching methods and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in specialised areas of education.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.

Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
