About Us:
We offer an exciting and flexible programme of study tailored for students with learning difficulties, disabilities, social anxiety, or autistic spectrum disorders, all of whom have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Our nurturing and supportive environment, coupled with a wide range of specialist resources, helps each student reach their full potential and prepares them for adulthood.
The Role:
We are currently seeking a Qualified Teacher to join our growing team. You will work with students who have multiple learning difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or other additional needs. As part of our specialist team, you’ll develop individualised education programmes that are engaging and transformative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored educational programmes in a supportive and engaging manner.
- Collaborating with support staff to provide holistic learning experiences.
- Encouraging student independence and life skills development.
- Adapting lessons to meet each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Building positive relationships with students, fostering confidence and personal growth.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
- Passion for helping young people with additional needs reach their full potential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
