Protocol Education are looking for Qualified Supply Teachers to work within schools in Colchester. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, supporting young children within their learning and development, enhancing their learning.
As a Supply Teacher, you will be working in a variety of Key Stages and learning abilities. You will need to have a positive mindest, a genuine passion for teaching and flexibility to work as supply.
We help and encourage educators to get back into teaching, to make them feel excited about teaching again and to reignite their passion.
You will need the following:
- A Qualfiied Teacher Status
- Experience working within a classroom as a Teacher
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- A positive attitude, and a calm and patient approach
- Genuine passion for teaching and to guide young children within their learning
Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching a class/ variety of classes during the school day
- Potenial marking, and planning of lessons
- Enriching children within their learning and development
- Liaising with parents/ carers
- Ensuring accurate records are kept
- Supporting children with SEN and addiotnal needs, including EHCPs
We can offer flexibility as a Supply Teacher, you will have the ability to choose the days you work and which Schools you would like to work within.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
