Job Duties:

- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to students - Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods - Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation - Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies - Provide feedback to students, parents, and school administration on student performance

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Degree in Science or related field - Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Science - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of Science concepts and principles - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students - Good organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)

Working Conditions:

- Work in a school setting - Full-time hours - May require additional hours for lesson planning and grading tasks - Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff and school administration
