Job Duties:
- Assisting in the daily care of children in the nursery
- Supporting the nursery staff in planning and implementing educational activities
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a clean and organised nursery environment
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Valid DBS check
Education:
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Experience:
Prior experience working in a nursery setting is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Safeguarding training
Working Conditions:
This role involves working with children in a nursery setting, following a set schedule and working closely with nursery staff and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
