About the Company

The nursery aims to create a warm, caring, and secure environment where children’s individual needs are supported, allowing them to grow into independent, confident characters. We work in partnership with parents, enabling children to reach their full potential by planning activities and opportunities that support their progress through the Early Years Foundation Stage. Job Duties

• Supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years with their day-to-day activities
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Assisting in implementing activities that promote learning and development
• Supporting children's emotional and social development
• Working in partnership with parents and other staff members

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Nursery Assistant Level 3
• Previous experience working with young children
• Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Education

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

Experience

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong caring and inclusive approach
• Leadership qualities
• Professionalism and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant 
• Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
