The Role:

Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
Use strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment
Differentiate teaching to support and challenge students of all abilities
Assess and track student progress, providing meaningful feedback
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
Uphold safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field
✔ Proven experience teaching KS3 & KS4 English (KS5 is a plus!)
Excellent classroom management with a proactive and solution-focused approach
✔ A passionate and adaptable teacher who can build strong student relationships
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
