Job Title: Qualified English Teacher
Location: East of England, Essex, Southend-on-Sea
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 Per annum
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to a diverse group of students.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through various assessment methods.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Demonstrated experience in teaching English at the secondary level

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
