Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential to teach KS5.
- Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication in all students.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to students of varying abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.
About You:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in English or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary level, including GCSE or A-Level.
- Passionate about literature and language, with the ability to inspire students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
