Protocol Education are working with a local Secondary School in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to appoint a Temp to Perm Degree qualified English Teacher who has a passion for the subject.
The school caters for students aged between 11-18 and has made huge strides and investment in developing a supportive and development focused culture. Inclsuvity is at the fore front of this schools objectives, with a community of children who require extra support due to SEN needs.

This role has Plan and preperation responsabilities, as well as the opportunity to have a Tutor group.
Full time
8:30-4pm with an expectation for attendance to all staffing events and taking on after school activities where required.
Role Responsabilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons and activities around subject specialism surrounding curricullum guidelines
- Intervention & Behavioural support
- Positive engagement with all students, providing extra support for children who face struggles and Challenges accessing their education
- Marking & providing feedback to students to improve their work throught the academic year
- Effective communication with parents & Students on academic progress

- QTS qualified
- Degree qualified in subject specialism - English
- Previous Experience within Secondary Schools
- Proven Behavioural intervention sucesss
