Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the educational needs of students
  • Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Experience in teaching creative subjects

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching creative subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Organisational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in using innovative teaching methods

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in a classroom setting
  • Regular working hours with occasional extra-curricular activities
  • Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
