We look for qualified teachers who have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a relevant degree, and a solid understanding of the National Curriculum. We value strong classroom management skills, the ability to communicate clearly with both students and colleagues, and a genuine passion for teaching and child development. Teachers should be able to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. We also seek individuals who are organised, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional development. Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Differentiate teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • First Aid certification
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Experience:

Prior teaching experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuous professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional relevant certifications or training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
