Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging psychology lessons to students
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field

Education:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Psychology at secondary school level

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of psychological theories and concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology

Working Conditions:

This role involves working full-time hours in a school setting, following the academic calendar.
