Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students in classroom settings.
- Classroom Assistance: Assist with daily classroom tasks and activities.
- Behaviour Management: Manage behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
- DBS Check: Valid DBS check and right to work in the UK.
- Interest: Keen interest in working with children, particularly those with SEND.
- Skills: Patience, trust, and a calm approach.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or individuals with SEND is preferable but not essential.
