Position: Teaching Assistant for Psychology Graduates in Sunderland.

Protocol Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Psychology graduates to join our team of support staff in SEN schools in Sunderland and the surrounding areas. About the Role:

  • Competitive daily rates ranging from £77 to £100
  • Both full-time and part-time positions available
  • Assist students on a one-to-one basis and provide additional support as needed
  • Contribute to student learning through general classroom activities

  • Roles available for September 2024

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills to interact with staff and students and contribute to a positive school environment
  • Ability to remain composed and manage challenging behaviour and situations
  • Genuine interest in supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
  • Patience and understanding towards the diverse needs and circumstances of all students
