Job Duties:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programmes
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to support student learning
  • Assist teachers in the classroom with behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support student progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology
  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special educational needs and behaviour management techniques

Prior experience working in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training or certification in educational psychology
  • Experience working with children and young people

Working Conditions:

This role involves working part-time hours in an educational setting, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
