Job Duties:

The Psychology Graduate will assist in the delivery of educational programmes, provide support to students with diverse learning needs, conduct research, and contribute to the development of educational resources.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Psychology or a related field is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discipline.

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational setting or with individuals with special educational needs is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of educational principles, psychological theories, and research methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

A postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology or relevant field would be beneficial.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis within an educational setting. The Psychology Graduate will collaborate with teachers, students, and other professionals to support the learning and development of individuals with diverse needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
