Job Duties:

  • Supporting the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
  • Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of student progress
  • Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology

Experience:

Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development and learning processes
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs

Working Conditions:

  • Part-Time hours, temporary position
