Job Duties:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom
- Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
- Conducting behavioural observations and assessments
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop intervention strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Psychology degree or related qualification
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Knowledge of behavioural interventions and strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a school setting
- Additional training or certification in special education or child psychology
