Job Duties:

  • Supporting teachers in the classroom
  • Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Conducting behavioural observations and assessments
  • Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop intervention strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Psychology degree or related qualification
  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field

Experience:

Previous experience working with children or young adults

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development and learning processes
  • Knowledge of behavioural interventions and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Additional training or certification in special education or child psychology

Working Conditions:
